MATTEL, INC.

Associate Marketing Manager, Global Live Events & Attractions |  FEB 2017 - CURRENT

Spearhead new marketing asset creation for Mattel’s revenue generating, branded Live Events & Attractions by working with internal teams & freelancers to develop assets and manage various ad deliverables to be used on social media, YouTube, magazine ads and marketing campaigns globally.

Serve as the main marketing contact to multiple licensees of ongoing projects and/or new project launches. Work with licensees on ensuring marketing materials uphold integrity of Mattel’s brands and align marketing strategies for +8 projects.

Liaise with Global Brand Teams on aligning latest brand styles, campaigns, initiatives, etc. with those of branded attractions, while coordinating cross promotions of attractions with other lines of business within the franchise.

Manage departmental global promotions calendar to promote live events and attractions through brand owned channels like email campaigns, website promotion, and social media channels, ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Assist in new business acquisition through creation of pitch materials, like conceptualizing and rendering mock-up images of new attractions, and presentation design.

Design various marketing materials, onsite signage, exclusive event merchandise, retail merchandising, etc. for events and attractions as needed.
